Education

I began school in 1979 in Alvord, Texas and graduated from there in 1991.  Afterwards, I attended Weatherford College and then went on to the University of North Texas, graduating with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Biology.

Experience

I am beginning my second year at Brock.  I absolutely loved my first year and hope that this year is even more enjoyable.  The staff at Brock High School is very friendly, easy to get along with and a pleasure to work with.  Prior to Brock I worked in the Paradise, Bowie and Alvord school districts.  I have taught biology, life science, environmental science, P.E. and math. My past coaching duties include football, boys and girls basketball, track, softball, baseball, stregth/conditioning coordinator and served as the girl's coordinator.

Bio

HELLO! I am beginning my 6th year at Brock High School! What a great place! Currently, I am teaching Anatomy/Physiology as well as high school PE. In my time at Brock, I have also taught biology. This year I will be coaching girls basketball (HS and JH) along with softball. I have also coached track during my time at Brock. My wife, Jimmie, also teaches and coaches in Brock, JH science and volleyball, basketball and track also at the JH. Cash, our son, is in the 6th grade this year and we are all proud to be a part of the Brock community.

I spend any free time working out, playing golf and being with my family.

I am very excited and thankful to be a part of Brock ISD and all that it represents!
